Shipping Policy
At CF SPORTS, we currently ship only within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully authorized or confirmed. Orders are not normally processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates
Orders below $80.00 are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.90.
Orders of $80.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us at info@cfsportusa.com as soon as possible if you need to correct an address after placing an order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order enters processing or has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@cfsportusa.com as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
For a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, CF SPORTS will cover the applicable return shipping cost. Do not return the item before receiving written return approval and instructions.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed by carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
